The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with lots of quality choices. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, though it got far too warm for us, reaching 27°C. We mainly picked this hotel for a chance to unwind in the wellness area and pool, but the water was cold and the area itself felt chilly. We couldn't stay long or relax the way we'd hoped. Bathrobes also cost extra for wellness use unless you had a deluxe room, which was unexpected for a 4-star hotel. There were plenty of good things about the hotel, and judging the place and its services alone, I'd give it 5 stars. But I rate the whole experience, and it didn't meet our expectations, so I'm giving it 3. We stayed here last night and did have a good experience in some ways.

Riva Palace is tucked away in a really quiet spot, with a lovely lagoon view and just a short walk to the beach. My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Beach passes are available for $30 Eu, and you can use the bikes for free.

The infinity pool has a lovely harbor and sunset view. The pool and wellness area are small, but very well done, with a whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, and a place to relax. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the hotel feels stylish, authentic, and modern, with quality furnishings. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a peaceful location, about 5 minutes on foot from the beach and 10 from the historic old town. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The views were beautiful, the facilities were great, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, too. The staff were professional and helpful, and the massage lady was practically an artist.
