Apartment 3 was small but bright, and it had everything we needed, including a terrace and good heating for the cold weather. Pietro was very friendly, and children are welcome if you let them know ahead of time. Breakfast at a bar two or three blocks away was just coffee and a cornet. There were a few minor flaws, but they didn’t spoil a great stay. 100% recommended. A few wall sconces were missing bulbs, which looked bad. The glass brick wall by the bathroom faces the outside staircase, and I checked that people outside can see everything. I took the curtain from the terrace door and hung it there instead. Pietro, the architect, should think about this. With all due respect, colleagues, the bricks look nice, just not in that spot.

Piero welcomed us warmly and even offered a glass of prosecco. We spent one night in the room with the hot tub, and everything was perfect: it was spacious, comfortable, and worked just as it should. Covered parking was available for both the car and motorcycle, and breakfast at a partner bar was included. We’ll definitely be back!

Piero and his wife were so kind that they nearly carried me, which made up for the lack of an elevator to the first-floor rooms. I stayed at the B&B on the night of August 20, 2025, after performing a concert at the Cloister of San Francesco. The room had every comfort, including water in the refrigerator, and was impeccably clean and fresh. When I’m back in Gravina, I’ll stay with them again. That says it all about how satisfied I was.

The owner was very friendly, and the room was perfect. It’s close to the center, with free parking on one side, paid parking on the other, and garage parking for €15.
