NHow Milano Hotel

The hotel staff were friendly, and we had a fun stay at this artsy Milan property. Our room had plenty of space and high ceilings. The shower had just the right pressure and temperature, though I’m not keen on baths and the bathroom could use more privacy. Breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very inviting. I’m not completely sure about the neighborhood or how close the metro is, though I believe it’s near the Navigli area. I’d recommend staying here.

I felt at home here, and it was the first time I really found myself liking Milan. The breakfast had lots of choices, and the restaurants were very good, which isn’t always the case at hotels. Everyone was kind, capable, helpful, and understanding. The team was well organized, and even staff I spoke to on different days knew what we’d already discussed. Everything went well from start to finish. I’ll definitely return, this is now my go-to hotel in Milan.

The prices are luxury level, but the place has budget hostel vibes. It feels like it’s trying too hard to look Instagram cool, and instead comes across like a 2012 nightclub that never recovered. The rooms are tiny and worn out, badly in need of a deep clean and fresh paint. Service moves incredibly slowly, and by the time anything arrives, you’ve forgotten what you ordered. Everything is wildly overpriced. What a joke of a hotel.

All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond, whatever the time of day. The room was lovely after we got an upgrade, with a huge bed and a spacious walk-in shower, and it was very comfortable. The location was perfect, about a 30 minute walk to the Duomo and five minutes to the canals. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the festive electronic billboard saying “Merry Christmas” at the entrance and the modern, welcoming reception made a great first impression. I’d thoroughly recommend Nhow and will be back. Thank you, Nhow.
