Hotel Roxy

The place is clean, and it’s easy to get there from Milano Centrale by tram. There’s a tram stop nearby, plus several metro stations within walking distance. The staff are extremely nice, especially Will at reception. When I’m back in Milan, I’m staying here again.

We booked this because it was close to the city center, though we had some mobility issues. It’s near the Metro, and we got a discount on parking around the corner. The room was nice, clean, and renovated, and breakfast was good, though it wasn’t included in our rate. I’d recommend it.

The receptionists were kind, and we were very satisfied with their hospitality and the service. You can have water in small glasses at reception and refill your bottles for free, and there are couches where you can rest. The hotel is small and comfortable, with clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Breakfast could have been fresher and better quality. Thanks for a good stay.

A good range of continental breakfast was available, and they cook omelettes to order. The room was small but had everything we needed, with a very clean bathroom and a good shower. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and the location worked well, close to tram and metro stops with easy access to Milan central station. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The lift and hallways are very narrow, though that’s typical for hotels in this area. The big downside was the tram noise right outside. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t get much sleep, so it’s worth knowing and bringing good earplugs. If noise doesn’t bother you and you sleep heavily, go for it, it’s a great little hotel.
