I had a clean room with a fridge for water and beer, a coffee maker for early tour mornings, and all the basic amenities in good order. Coffee is cheap in Italy anyway. The location also made it very easy to get around, which is what matters when you're out exploring instead of sitting in your room all day. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms during our stay, though I can imagine it might be louder with a group of backpackers traveling around Europe. I don't understand the one-star reviews for this place. It's not an all-inclusive hotel, so complaining about things you aren't paying for seems unfair.

The room was on the small side, but the interior was lovely and the view and location were amazing. They had coffee, tea, water, and cola, and the room was clean. The staff treated guests well. Definitely recommend.

That ceiling is magnificent, but I wouldn't stay here again. My room faced a road and was extremely noisy, with pollution smells and vibrations from the subway. Sorry, but I'd avoid it.

The location is ideal, the hotel feels very modern, and the internet is super fast. I also liked using my phone as the room key, since it's something I can't forget. I'd happily stay again.
