The service was wonderful, and Giada deserves a thank you. We hope to come back. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely rooms and a setting that feels tucked away while still close to many authentic experiences. The castle next door is a must-see. When I posted this, the pool was still being built and was expected to be finished in about two weeks, which should make the stay even better.

The views across the Piemonte wine region are gorgeous, and the location is a handy starting point for wine tastings. Grinzane Cavor castle is just a few minutes away on foot, with regional history and amazing views. The managers, who took over in July 2024, were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

Giorgio was an incredible host and gave us great suggestions for dinner and wine tastings. We stayed two nights at Hotel Casa Pavesi in August 2023, and the room was perfect with amazing views. Even with temperatures above 38 degrees, the air conditioning kept us comfortable.

We had a great stay under the new management, with an amazing bedroom, a breathtaking view over the vineyards, and an excellent breakfast. This charming family hotel is right next to Grinzane Cavour Castel. We warmly recommend it.

Great service, and the location is ideal, halfway between Barolo and Alba. It's also a good spot for visiting the castle or going on wine tours. The refrigerator didn't work during our stay, so the restaurant kept our perishables for us. There's no laundry service, and the air is too damp for hanging clothes to dry.
