Villa Catoni is easy to reach from the highway, and its cozy feel and beautiful old-style Italian architecture give it a warm, authentic character. Everything was spotless and well maintained, so the stay felt comfortable and relaxing. The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly, which added a lot to the experience. A delightful place to stay!

The people here are unbelievably nice. Massimo might be one of my favorite people in Italy. The place is beautiful, clean, and well kept, and its location near the expressway makes a handy base for exploring Milan and the surrounding areas. The price was good too. For breakfast, go to the bakery a few feet away. If I'm back in Milan, I'll definitely stay here again.

We had a suite with a huge bedroom and bathroom, plus a living room with a big table for sharing food and wine with friends. The balcony looked out onto the beautiful garden. Giovanna and Massimo were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on places to visit. Fantastic place.

I was here on a work trip and had a great stay, even though this isn't a hotel. The villa is gorgeous if you like classical style, and there's a large garden for a pleasant summer day. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom really nice.
