The people were warm and enthusiastic about their town, and happy to share places to go. It felt like having a local guide. There's a gorgeous apartment and a really nice, cozy outdoor terrace. It felt like home, and the stay was a hundred times better than I could've imagined. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel. I've stayed in a lot, but none came close to the feeling and experience here.

A small, really nice hotel, friendly to mountain bikers. The owners are welcoming, the rooms are nice, and breakfast is generous. If you're riding a Transalp and passing through Grosotto or Grosio, it's well worth staying here. They'll even wash your cycling clothes. Highly recommended :)

Garni Le Corti is in eastern Valtellina, just a few minutes from Bormio, the world-famous ski resort. It's a comfortable, clean place with good value for the cost. The area offers quiet surroundings and historical sites, as well as beautiful valleys, mountains, rivers, and lakes. Be sure to try Valtellina's typical dishes and fine wines. The staff at Garni Le Corti can suggest ways to make the most of your stay. It's a very interesting place to visit.
