We had a great time at Il Querciolo. The farm is spacious and in very good condition, and the brand-new apartment was well equipped. Our kids especially loved the pool. Irene and Marco, our hosts, are friendly and clearly put a lot of heart into looking after guests.

Our house was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy veranda. Irene, the co-owner, welcomed us warmly and shared useful tips about nearby amenities and places to visit. The farmhouse sits in beautiful Maremma countryside, surrounded by olive and oak trees.

Grosseto is close by, with a lovely old town, complete city walls, and good restaurants. The property itself is spacious, well cared for, and quietly set in the countryside, with a fantastic 15m pool and a nice, well-stocked farm shop. We had a lovely apartment on the front of the first floor. The landlady, Irene, was friendly and helpful, with tips on restaurants, shopping, and sights. Highly recommended.

Irene gave us lots of useful advice about the area and a free box of fruit and vegetables from her gardens. We’ll definitely return. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, about a ten-minute drive from the beaches. Our apartment was modern, tastefully furnished, and had all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning throughout and a dishwasher. The pool was large and clean, and never crowded.
