It wasn't clean, but the price made it acceptable.

The garden was the one redeeming feature. Inside, it was extremely dirty: cobwebs all over, greasy kitchen cupboards, dusty black shelves and cabinets, and cutlery with food stuck to it. There were stains from dead insects on the walls and rat droppings under the bed.

We brought our dog for a two-night stay and weren't charged extra. There’s a big garden around the apartments where dogs can run, and the place was clean. My only gripe was having nothing to wash dishes with apart from the dishwasher and its one tablet. The location also works really well for visiting Grosseto and nearby spots. Recommended.

The garden was a hit with our dog, and there’s parking right at the property. The apartment is small but nice, with a double bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen that also has a single bed. It’s dog-friendly. There was a dishwasher tablet, but no soap, shampoo, or dish liquid, and the fridge didn’t work. Still, it was fine as a place to sleep while exploring Grosseto and the area.
