We came across this residence by chance, and ended up having a really relaxing holiday. The apartment was clean, roomy, comfortable, and practical, while the peaceful setting is just 200 meters from the beach. The owners were very kind and showed us around the attractions available to guests. You can leave the car behind and take a short walk to the sea. Paola was especially friendly and kind, always willing to help with any little problem guests might run into. Thank you!

The owners clearly put a lot of care into keeping this property in lovely condition. I met them and got the impression they’re passionate about their work, and treat every guest as someone to look after with real care. It’s set in the beautiful pine forest of Principina a Mare, just a few meters from the lovely Principina sea, and makes a great base for visiting Grosseto and the surrounding area. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Mr. Enea, the owner, was so kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and excellent. I’ve been visiting Principina for years, and stayed at "Casa Pineta" this year. I highly recommend the property, you’ll be satisfied.

The house is quiet and has a garden. The sea is a 10-minute walk through the pine forest, while shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and supermarkets are five minutes away. We were welcomed very well, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The owners are kind and helpful, and the main shops are conveniently close. Set among the pine trees near the sea, this residence is a good fit if you want peace and quiet. The apartments are bright, clean, welcoming, and functional. The bathrooms are the one drawback, as they feel a little dated. Recommended.
