L'Andana

The Beach Club was a highlight of our honeymoon at L’Andana. Its setting, service, and atmosphere were beautiful, and it was a wonderful spot to relax in the sun. The whole property felt peaceful, from the gardens to the views across the Tuscan countryside. Our room was elegant, cozy, and cared for, with thoughtful touches that made us feel special. What stayed with us most was how personal the hospitality felt. The staff were warm from the moment we arrived, and each interaction showed real care, whether it was a greeting, a well-timed gesture, or a useful recommendation. The attention to detail throughout our stay was extraordinary. We’re so grateful to everyone at L’Andana for making the honeymoon memorable. We can’t wait to return.

The rooms, facilities, and staff were all amazing, truly outstanding. There are two restaurants, and one has a Michelin star. The food at both was good, though I thought the prices were high for the portions and quality. Dinner for two at the Michelin-starred restaurant came to €800, including drinks before dinner, the full menu, and wine pairing.

We spent three nights here, and it’s easily one of the best places we’ve stayed. The grounds, with vines and olive trees around, make it easy to settle into a very luxurious kind of relaxation. Our room and shower were just right, and the service was friendly and top notch, including at La Villa restaurant. We also did the wine and olive oil tasting. It was great, and they explained the thinking behind the winemaking process.

La Trattoria was the real standout for me. Nello’s cooking draws on Tuscan and Neapolitan traditions, with food that feels genuine but still creative and surprising. It’s the sort of meal that stays with you. L’Andana sits at the end of a beautiful tree-lined avenue, a short distance from Castiglione della Pescaia. Its luxury is understated and peaceful, and you can fit both a scuba dive off Giglio Island and a round of golf into the same day.
