We found this to be good value, with a comfortable room and bed, a practical kitchen, and a charming setting. It's convenient for walking into Grosseto and driving around Maremma. Still, we were disappointed that we couldn't visit the farm or see the dairy production. We were there over the weekend, and often nobody was on site. Replies to our WhatsApp questions could take hours.

We had lunch with Humber College students during the Study Abroad 2024 trip to Italy and France. The place is amazing, a real hidden gem, and the food was fantastic. Great service too.

They've made some updates since our last visit, and it was even better this time.
