NOVELLA DEL MAR prima fila dal mare

There was so much nearby: the sea and park, plus supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, plenty of restaurants, and shopping centers. The house itself was lovely, with a private garden and exclusive parking just 5 meters away. It was air-conditioned, well furnished, bright, airy, quiet, and spacious. My partner and I had a wonderful stay. Mrs. Paola and her husband were patient, discreet, and always available. They know how to make people feel cared for, and they were happy to spend an extra five minutes chatting with someone like me. Thank you so much for everything. The one downside is that a house this nice makes you not want to leave 😂. I hope other guests treat it with the respect it deserves. A big hug, Danilo.

We had a wonderful stay, and the owners were so gracious and welcoming. The two apartments, one on the north side and one on the south, are very similar and come with everything needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. They were spotless and supplied with sheets and towels, plus towels for the two sun loungers outside. That outdoor area also has an umbrella and a table for eating outside. The location is a real strength, right between Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, just steps from the sea and bike path. Having a private parking space there is essential. Pets are welcome for a small fee. We hope to return.
