Andrea was studying hard for a university exam while we were there, but still greeted us warmly every time. He and Claudia made us feel so welcome. Good luck with the journey ahead, Andrea, you already have two fans in Milan! We’ve been coming back to Residence Costa Smeralda for years and always leave happy. The apartments are comfortable, clean, well cared for, and have what you need to feel at home. The setting is peaceful and convenient, with thoughtful details and the privacy of a home alongside the care and professionalism of a welcoming establishment. Claudia is at the heart of it all, always attentive, smiling, and happy to offer advice. For us, it’s always “see you soon,” never goodbye.

There’s plenty to eat along the seafront, with pizzerias, restaurants, and bars to suit different tastes, and the supermarket is a five-minute walk away. Grottammare’s historic center is about 2.3 km away, or a five-minute drive; bus line 7 is handy too. This was our second visit, and everything was spotless and in great shape. Claudia and the staff were helpful and kind, and the location worked very well for us. The garage parking was useful, though you need to reserve it. Keep up the good work. We made good use of the bikes to explore nearby without taking the car, and enjoyed the lovely pool and children’s area. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with a little of everything, sweet things and savory options. The residence sits between Grottammare town center and San Benedetto del Tronto, close to the sea but away from the busier spots. The train tracks are nearby and trains run through the night, though it wasn’t a big issue for us and we got used to it quickly. The property itself is beautiful, and the fairly new studios had everything we needed. Claudia made us feel at home straight away, and her kindness stood out. We had a wonderful three days and expect to return soon. Thanks to Claudia and her son for the warm welcome.
