The breakfasts were just what I’d hoped for, with homemade Italian sweets, local fruit and products picked from the garden, and delicious cappuccinos. We spent a few luxurious days in a large mansion that brings old grandeur together with modern comforts. It’s lovingly furnished with original Italian pieces, with a kitchenette, bathrooms, air conditioning, and a sensational swimming pool. The photos show it, and there was plenty more besides. Vincenzo is a welcoming, helpful owner who knows all the right places and people throughout the area. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and very comfortable, with great sea views. The quiet beach is only a short walk away. Be like George Clooney! Delicious, we’ll be back!

The apartment was impeccable, comfortable, and cleaned every day. Francesca made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, with hospitality and kindness you don’t come across often. We stayed toward the end of August, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the seafront and town center. Our experience was very positive. If we return to Grottammare, we’ll almost certainly stay there again. Thank you!

The rooms are simple, but very clean, and breakfast is superb. Francesca is a great host, always welcoming you with a smile and ready to help. She’s a young entrepreneur who does her work with passion and expertise. Highly recommended.

Francesca and her mother made sure every request was taken care of, and the welcome was so warm. We found strawberries waiting for us, lovely linen, and towels that smelled wonderful. The renovated old building feels really inviting. We came for a weekend as a couple and enjoyed it so much that we've already booked another night for next week. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night while passing through, and ended up really liking the place. The beach and center take a bit of walking to reach on foot. The villa has only recently opened, Vincenzo explained, and he was very kind and ready to help. Our room was bright, clean, and roomy, with a surprisingly good kitchen. Modern furnishings sit alongside old pieces, and the bedroom lighting and stereo were nice touches. Breakfast was a good buffet.
