Casale degli ulivi

The highlight for us was a barbecue with an incredible panoramic view, enjoying the fresh air and quiet surroundings. Villa Vitale — Casale Degli Ulivi is charming, clean, well maintained, and has a fantastic view. I spent four wonderful days there, and everything was comfortable, from the hot water to the other essentials. The host was kind, welcoming, and friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great place to relax and recharge. I’d recommend it to anyone after a quiet, memorable stay.

The owners were really helpful and accommodating, and the outdoor areas were kept in good shape. We also loved the pool. It’s a peaceful spot, well placed for trips to Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, and the Frasassi Caves. Our room was cozy and clean, and stayed cool in summer.

We had a lovely stay here. The setting is quiet, the pool is beautiful, and the views are great. There are plenty of places nearby to visit, and the owners were so helpful. A 10 out of 10! Hugs to them!

There was barely room to sit outside, and it felt crowded. The pool was hard to use because it was packed with 10 kids, friends of the owner, who made a mess. Horseflies were all over the pool too, attacking people. Inside, the rooms were small and dark, with no air conditioning despite the scorching heat. The place felt boring and disorganized. UNSUITABLE SPACE. It’s a very simple, humble house in the countryside. I can’t think of anything good about it, only the problems.
