We were left stranded after arriving in the late afternoon. Julio had confirmed our reservation on WhatsApp a month earlier for two rooms and two nights, but then said he had no booking for us. Right after that, he deleted the confirmation message thread. There’s little parking, if any. Deceitful business. Avoid it at all costs.

We had a cosy, comfortable stay, and the view was lovely. The village itself was charming, and we happened to be there for a local event with traditional music and dancing. It’s easy to get there by car, and several hiking trails are within easy reach. The area is also great for trying Abruzzo’s food. The bocconotto are the best.

A mini market just a few steps from the house was really convenient. The place feels warm and welcoming, and their hospitality and willingness to help stood out. It’s also about 35 minutes from the Passolanciano ski lifts, which makes it a good base for a weekend in the mountains. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

We’d happily stay again. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the location right in the town center was great. Ours had a bathroom outside the room, though there’s also an option with an en suite. Breakfast at the bar was delicious. Top!
