I felt so relaxed and at peace at the wonderful Agristrismo villa Maria Pia. Everything was clean, organized, and just right. Luca was especially kind and helpful, and his parents and the rest of his family are amazing people. It’s hard to come across such kind folks these days. And a big thank you to his mother for the amazing cakes she makes in the morning. They were super delicious and clearly made with love. I really appreciate it. I’d definitely recommend visiting this beautiful place, and I’ll be back for sure 😊 Regards 🌹

Luca and his parents made wonderful hosts, always smiling and happy to help with our questions and needs. The grounds and pool were meticulously clean, and there were plenty of quiet places to sit with a coffee or wine and read. Being about 15 minutes from gubbio makes it far enough away to feel like a hideaway.

Our two nights here were just right. The apartments were rustic, clean, well cared for, and had all the amenities, with private parking that you could access any time for free. The property is surrounded by greenery and easy to get to, only five minutes from Gubbio. There’s a breakfast room next to the elegant, beautiful pool area, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling. It’s a great choice for a relaxing break away from city bustle. Highly recommended.

The villa is only a few kilometers from Gubbio, so getting into town by car is easy. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and nicely furnished, and the atmosphere feels peaceful and refined. The owners are very friendly and kind.
