Right in the heart of the old town, this is a perfect spot for a holiday.

Families with two children should find the layout especially handy: there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is clean and welcoming, with independent heating, a washing machine, microwave, Wi-Fi and LED TVs. It sits in Gubbio's historic center, in a quiet spot, and reserved covered parking is about a two-minute walk away. Definitely recommended.

The hostess was really kind, and the apartment was clean, tidy and had all the comforts. It's on two levels in central Gubbio, near the entrance to the restricted traffic zone (ZTL); just outside that area, parking is easy and free. We stayed over Christmas to take the kids to Christmas Land. Excellent value for money.

Mrs. Brunella gave us a warm welcome. The house is medieval but has all the comforts, and it's very clean and right in the historic center. Recommended in every way.

The house is comfortable and the location is excellent. There are a lot of stairs, though. The kindness of the lady who runs the place makes up for that.
