The location is great, just a short walk from the center, and the apartment is nice and fairly clean. But being in what is basically an attic with no air conditioning made it hot, especially with only one small window, even though Gubbio was chilly during those days. The bathroom was my least favorite part: it's cramped and uncomfortable, the shower is tiny, and the bidet has no faucet, so water shoots straight out of the ceramic and splashes everywhere.

In my opinion, this place isn't suitable for two adults and a child. The hot water boiler only gave us about four minutes in the shower, so I had to rinse my son with freezing water. The bathroom sink also makes deafening noises. I personally didn't get along with the owner, and I didn't feel he handled this kind of situation well.

Just a few meters from the center, the apartment is lovely and very clean, with everything you need. The owner was helpful, thoughtful, and kind.

A very peaceful place, close to the center of Gubbio.
