The balcony looks out over the river, and the sound of the water was soothing enough to help me fall asleep. The owner was very friendly, and breakfast came with delicious cakes. It's right in the heart of the medieval town and good value for the money. The bathroom is small, and the shower feels cramped, with barely room to move.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean, and the kitchen was bright white. The place is right in the heart of Gubbio, with paid parking about 100 meters away. I'll definitely come back. Thank you ❤️

The location is excellent, right in the center, and the price was great. Our room had a lovely view, a comfortable bed, and warmth. The place has a traditional feel, with a beautiful fireplace and exposed wooden beams that suit Gubbio's medieval atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, with two excellent homemade cakes, and the staff were very friendly. They are partnered with two excellent restaurants.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good and complete. We had a very comfortable room with a wonderful view from the balcony. Piazza Grande is five minutes away, and there's a large, convenient parking lot nearby. Highly recommended!
