The owner was pleasant and very helpful, and we were quite satisfied with our stay. Our room was clean and had a bathroom. We had breakfast included, which was the usual Italian kind, all sweet, but the coffee the owner made was excellent. We just wish the language barrier hadn’t got in the way: the owner spoke Italian, and we don’t. He even gave us the last beer from the fridge. Thank you ❤️

Mr. Fulvio was genuinely hospitable, very helpful, and knew a lot about local restaurants and activities. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. We’ve stayed twice now, and on our second visit he remembered our preferences and allergens and put together an almost personalized breakfast. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Imola or, like us, needing a break during a long drive.

Mr. Fulvio gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The house has everything you need, including bread and biscuits for breakfast, so there’s no need to bring anything. Parking is right in front. It’s about 15 minutes from Imola and 30 minutes from Bologna, so the location worked very well for us. Thanks again.

It felt like home. I booked the whole property, with three bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, bathroom, closet, and free parking. The house was clean, quiet, heated all day, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The owner lives upstairs and welcomed us warmly. He was extremely helpful with every need from beginning to end. An excellent experience.

Fluvio Checcoli put us at ease before we even got there, messaging on WhatsApp about secure parking for our car and recommending restaurants nearby. He found us a room with its own shower, too. We paid €46, and we'd be happy to stop there again next year on the way from Bari to Germany/Greece. Thanks for the warm welcome.
