The area is quiet, and the people and neighbors are friendly. It’s a great place to stay, with a good location and parking. The kitchen worked well for making our own meals, and the co-op market a few miles away had a great selection. Some wall plugs were loose or covered so they couldn’t be used, and the working ones were hit or miss.

The villa can be a little adventurous to find the first time. If you come across a driveway that seems shocking, you’ve probably found the right place. Impruneta is a cute little town, with nice wineries nearby for tastings, and the pinsa restaurant close by is awesome. For getting into Florence without stress, it’s a quick drive to neighboring Tavarnuzze, where there’s plenty of free parking by the bus stop. A great choice for visiting the Florence area.

The quiet here was lovely, with only the wildlife to hear, and the countryside right outside is beautiful. We stayed five nights with friends, and the rooms looked just like the pictures. Florence, Bologna, and plenty more are close by, so it’s a great place to stay.

From the large terrace, the views are amazing, and the rooms are decorated in lovely warm colors. Casa di Thea was cozy and had everything we could wish for. We spent a wonderful week there, with Siena, Florence, and the Chianti villages all handy for days out. We’d love to return.

We were there for 10 days and loved it. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of crockery and towels, and lots of outdoor seating. Each spot had a different view, and every one was breathtaking. The place is so peaceful and pretty, exactly like the pictures, though the photos still don’t do it justice. The host greeted us, showed us around, left a welcome pack full of information, and was always at the end of the phone. The attention to detail was fabulous. Thank you so much!
