The room was large and very clean, though there was little privacy with windows all around it. Noise carried badly too, and we could hear everything from the room next door. The air conditioning also didn't work very well. Breakfast was disappointing. The hotel itself is beautiful and well looked after, with around ten rooms, a pool, sauna, and parking. Despite the room issues and breakfast, the property looks nicely maintained.

The grounds are peaceful and picturesque, and our spacious, comfortable room had great amenities. It really felt like a Tuscan dream. Claudia and Sabina gave us wonderful recommendations, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. A great experience 🙌🏻

We spent four nights at Residenza Il Colle during a two-week holiday. The Tuscan view is beautiful, the pool was lovely for our laid-back days, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The walk into impruneta was manageable, although traffic was fast in some sections. Breakfast noise began at 7:30 every morning, which was the one downside and meant we couldn't sleep in.

We stayed for five nights, and the views of nature were wonderful. The rooms were clean, housekeeping came every day, and Claudia and Tomasso were especially helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the choices stayed the same and some variety would have been welcome. We also didn't find the 50 euro check-in fee reasonable when reception has someone there until 21:00. There was no late check-out option, even for just half an hour.

We picked the villa for my birthday, and the view was immaculate. It's about a 30-minute drive to Florence and an hour to Siena. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and everyone we met on staff was so kind. Wish we could have stayed longer 😊
