La Pietra Felice

Introd worked perfectly as a base for a week of biking, with Courmayeur, Aosta, and Cogne close by for exploring the mountains of the Aosta valley. The hotel is lovely and clean, and Ricardo and his wife were amazing hosts. Breakfast was just right, made only with local or homemade products. There’s also a place to relax, a bike garage, and restaurants and a bar nearby. I’d definitely stay again.

Riccardo was a wonderful host, always friendly and available when we needed something. He also shared plenty of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat nearby. We spent a week here while exploring the Aosta Valley. The property and rooms were clean and very well cared for, making it a peaceful place to relax. Breakfast was plentiful, with excellent products and amazing cakes every morning. A wonderful stay!

We went skiing in Pila and had a great time. It’s about a quarter of an hour from Aosta, from the place where you catch the cable car to Pila, so the location really depends on what you need. We stayed five nights at this simple, well-kept boutique hotel. Riccardo runs it with his wife and creates a refined atmosphere. He was always courteous and helpful, and the cakes his wife baked for breakfast, served by Riccardo, were a lovely treat each morning. Recommended, and we’d gladly return.

The setting made it easy to explore the nearby villages at our own pace, even without a car. We loved staying with Ricardo and his wife. Ricardo was incredibly welcoming and interesting, and happy to share what he knows about the area. Breakfast was delicious, especially the cakes his wife baked fresh each morning. We highly recommend it!
