Roberto was our go-to person. Whatever we asked for, he made it happen. From the minute we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean with attentive, professional service. We had breakfast, which was a traditional Italian spread, but they were happy to make eggs and bacon the way you like them if you ask. The location is fairly close to the things you’ll want to do, and there’s a beach right out the back of the hotel. Thanks, everyone, for such a great stay.

The hotel opens directly onto the beach, and there are lots of great restaurants around it. We stayed for three nights in September 2025 in a sea-facing room. The room was spacious, though a little basic. Filippo and the rest of the staff looked after us like family and gave us great ideas for places to see and things to do on the island. He also helped us rent a scooter, which is handy given the limits of public transport. Ischia port is close to the hotel, while Forio and the western part of the island are farther away, though easy enough to reach by scooter.

I booked direct and got a really good half-board deal. They handled my vegetarian needs very well, and the Maitre D and staff were superb. We loved the room and found the pool area very relaxing. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had bacon and scrambled eggs every day, and they were superb, so I don’t understand the complaints about breakfast. We loved this hotel’s Italian feel and thought it was great value compared with other places. It’s in a great spot on the beach, close to Porto, and Filippo is great for local tips and things to do. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a great stay for the price, and the thermal pool was lovely. The rooms were very clean and staff were nice throughout. Margarita was especially helpful and lovely, and Felipe was great too. Breakfast got a bit boring, with not much choice. I also missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would’ve been nice to have a coffee on the balcony with that sea view.
