The food was excellent, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. We stayed for seven days with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a small balcony, though the bathroom and decor could use some improvement. The outdoor thermal pool was warm, while the cold jacuzzi made a nice contrast. It’s close to the bus, good value for money, and I’d be happy to return.

The receptionist was cheerful and explained everything about the place before I even had to ask. I’m here on business and so far, so good. The hotel is quite clean and has what you need; I also had a long, relaxing swim in the hot thermal pool. There’s a little sauna I might try later. The restaurant was okay, though not the best. It’s just outside Ischia centre and good value. Parking is a bit far, but that’s understandable on a small, beautiful island. Maybe take a bicycle.

Really good location, and the prices are great. Check-in was quick, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding.

I was there a couple of years ago, and I’m still surprised by how little this hotel seemed to care about its guests.

The pool in the backyard is a lovely place to unwind. The location is good, and the staff are excellent.
