Saracen Sands Hotel & Congress Centre

The welcoming atmosphere made this a lovely place for families or couples looking for a relaxing break near Palermo. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Saracen Sands Hotel & Congress Centre sits right by the sea, with beautiful views and direct beach access. Breakfast and restaurant service were excellent, with a good variety of tasty food each day. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I came to the area for an event and was struck by the natural beauty and nearby sights. I hope Saracen hotel keeps improving and manages the venue even better as investment continues. The breakfast was good, though it got repetitive after a few days. I liked the sweet options, but the coffee from the automatic machines was below average. I noticed improvements underway, including solar panels, beach amenities, and renovations. There’s still room to improve, especially since some tourists don’t respect the space. I saw people leave plastic cups on the patio as if cleanup were someone else’s job. Getting around on foot is difficult because the infrastructure seems built mainly for cars. The room entrances need redoing, since they’re wobbly and don’t feel secure. There’s no sound protection, and the service lift makes a lot of noise. I first thought I’d give a lower score, but some of these problems aren’t entirely the hotel management’s fault.

The staff were amazing and friendly throughout, and the service was great even in the middle of the night. They also customized our requests each time. It’s a very family-friendly hotel, with comfortable rooms and good choices at breakfast and dinner. The private beach area was lovely, though unfortunately it only stays open until 7pm. Still, we enjoyed it :)

The whole massage was calm and welcoming, and the staff were professional, attentive, and super friendly. Francesca and Martina especially were amazing and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. It was extremely relaxing, just what I needed, and I left feeling refreshed. I’d recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel or visiting the area.
