That small balcony looks out over the old town and the Church of Santa Maria Annunziata. The B&B is simple and minimal, but comfortable enough, and the clean rooms are disinfected. We spent a week there in Ispica, and were very satisfied. There's air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the room, while the private bathroom, with towels and soaps, is on a shared landing. The owner's kindness and helpfulness really made our stay; we were spoiled with fresh croissants, seasonal fruit, and traditional breakfast dishes. Don't expect a 5-star experience, though in some ways it's worth much more.

Delia greeted us with a smile and was so kind and courteous. The place is charming and clean, just a few meters from the main square. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, served in a small outdoor area.

Breakfast in the morning is generous, with fresh produce and local specialties. The owner is very kind and happy to accommodate guests' requests. It's a shame the private bathroom is outside the room, and there's no TV, even though the room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Still, a positive stay overall!

For getting out and exploring, the B&B is in a great spot. The owner is so kind, friendly, and helpful. She puts together a varied breakfast, and you can message her if you need anything. The rooms and private bathrooms are very clean.

The cleaning was especially thorough, and they followed the COVID regulations very carefully. We stayed for two weeks, and Delia, the owner, was always kind and helpful. The room was nice, with a fan and air conditioning, which was essential in the summer.
