Leaving for work after my first visit gave me withdrawal symptoms. The hospitality from Pasquale Valentino was exquisite. He’s a versatile man who brings together simplicity, a clear way of doing things, and an understanding of everyday life’s complexity. It was an extraordinary stay in the historic center of Itri.
