Bright, full of nature and nearly always quiet. You can unwind by the pool or in a hammock. Fabulous place, highly recommended.

My summer in paradise 🤪 Villa Luna was bright, spacious and full of color, kept meticulously and equipped for every need, including mosquito nets, air conditioning and appliances. The kitchen was practical, with new, good quality cookware and dishes, and fresh smelling linens and towels were provided. Villa Oliva is a peaceful place in a wide valley just minutes from the coast, with the beaches between Gaeta and Sperlonga and Itri close by. The garden is spacious and well maintained, and the private patio has an awning, table and chairs for meals with a panoramic view. Each unit has its own stone barbecue. The fantastic pool sits among olive trees and lights up at night, perfect for a moonlit soak. There are loungers, sunbeds, umbrellas and hot outdoor showers too. The owner’s kindness and hospitality make the place even more enchanting. Five stars aren’t enough, the whole constellation is needed 😉 I’ll definitely be back!!!!!!

The location is close to the towns, and the room was large, lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and there’s a big pool as well as a smaller one with a jacuzzi. I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve tried other B&Bs nearby and there’s no comparison. I stayed at Villa Oliva this weekend and expected nothing special, since I’ve already stayed at other places in the area. Instead, it was a real discovery, a beautiful, brand new and spotless property, almost a little paradise. I was lucky to meet the owners too, and they were kind, friendly and helpful. There’s a lot more I could say, but long reviews don’t always get read.

The house is bright, colorful, spacious, tidy and clean, and the pool is quite special, making the stay even lovelier. It’s an enchanting, quiet spot surrounded by greenery. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and their dogs Amy & Flo are adorable.
