The staff made everything easy. Reception spoke great English, answered questions, and helped us book taxis. At breakfast, the lady went out of her way for my gluten-free sister and prepared a special tray. Sandro at the bar made amazing cocktails and brought complimentary snacks with our drinks. The pool was clean, and bar staff even brought drinks over while we were there. We were placed in a family apartment with separate rooms, even though we had booked months apart. Both rooms were lovely, with private balconies and bathrooms, and I had a large walk-in wardrobe. The whole stay was absolutely immaculate. There’s a strip of good restaurants, arcades, and shops, and the beach is right across the street. For nightlife, the location wasn’t ideal: there’s one bar playing music directly opposite. We visited in May, so maybe more will be open around July. I’d highly recommend this for a peaceful getaway by the beach.

The staff helped us with bus schedules and other details for our day trip to Venice. Service was very good throughout, and the team were genuinely friendly. Our first room was okay, then after an issue we were given another one, and that room was magnificent. We also really enjoyed the terrace and pool bar service. The bartender was always friendly, the cocktails were good, and the pool was very clean. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Sandro at the bar is brilliant. We managed to communicate well despite the language barrier. He was super helpful and professional, makes great coffee, pours a good pint, and brings crisps. The rest of the hotel staff were very helpful too, and breakfast had a plentiful continental selection. My gripes: the pillows were terrible, and the building work next door is disturbing, though that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The reception staff were lovely and helpful, and the catering was outstanding. Breakfast was incredible, the room was perfect, and the air conditioning worked spot on. Cleaners did the room every day. I was very happy with the stay overall and would recommend it to friends and family.
