The dinner portions are tiny, like a kids' meal, and the rooms are cramped with thin walls. You can even hear someone in the neighboring room using the toilet. This “student campus” is nowhere near a three-star hotel and should be closed for good. I wonder how the tour agent can keep working with the manager after all the tourists' complaints. Abax, shame on you. Don't tell me these are just hotel conditions in North Italy.

The restaurant service was terrible, and the food was anything but Italian. I've never stayed in a worse place. They often call the rooms renovated, but that's not true.

IRENA at reception made our holiday unforgettable. She's such a friendly, helpful lady, and the hotel staff were excellent, helpful, and spoke good English. The location is great, with the beach just a two-minute walk away. You can book a sunbed and umbrella there. The first row costs 15 Euro for 2 person per day. Parking is free and very close. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a very small safe in the wall. Our room was sweet and had a sweet little balcony. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and good, served on the top floor with a mind-blowing few. At the beach there's a little restaurant for snacks and drinks, plus an open shower and toilettes. Pizzeria Peccati de Gola is a five-minute walk away. The pasta, pizza, and fish are delicious, and don't miss the lovely tiramisu!!!

The rooms are a little small, and we were surprised to be charged extra for infants, something we haven't encountered at another hotel. Breakfast was average, and each morning we weren't sure where to sit because most tables were reserved for all-inclusive guests. Still, it's a nice hotel we'd recommend to families. It's within walking distance of the beach, the staff are really friendly, and there's a cozy bar for an afternoon Cerveza.
