Hotel Greif

We booked a last-minute weekend in Lido di Jesolo and, by chance, got the last room available for four people. The front desk staff member who greeted us was incredibly helpful, and housekeeping were friendly too. I wish I’d got her name, she was amazing! Our room was small, but clean, with a lovely balcony and plenty of space to lounge. The bathroom was nice, the AC worked wonderfully, and the room was serviced daily when requested. There was also a small refrigerator, though I don’t know whether all rooms have one. We paid for parking right in front of the hotel, which was worth it for us. Just be aware that leaving the lot at busy times is tough because it’s a dead-end, single-lane road with two-way traffic. Breakfast was top notch, with pastries, eggs, ham, sandwiches, toast, cereal, several juices, and yogurts. Delicious! We had two chairs and an umbrella included for the beach. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants, gelato places, shops, and convenience stores. It’s a gem, and if I get the chance to return, I’d stay again :)

A big thank you to the man on duty at the reception desk at night. I don’t know his name, but the saying “It’s not the place that makes the man, but the man that makes the place” fits him completely. And special thanks to all the girls who worked in the dining room at breakfast. They were simply incredible!

We spent a week at the Greif Hotel with family and I highly recommend it. The beach is only 50 meters away, and each room comes with an umbrella and two sunbeds. Parking is free. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, and we got fresh towels. Breakfast was varied and very generous!

We had a great time at the Greif Hotel at the start of summer. Parking right in front of the hotel was a huge help, and the cleaning was great. We were there with two little kids, so it was a relief to find tasty, interesting food for them each morning. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from, and the cappuccino was awesome :) The management and service were very good and kind. Reception staff were great, really helpful, and kind.
