Hotel & Residence Niagara

The little extra effort for my partner’s birthday and our engagement meant a lot. Nobody asked the staff to do it, which made the gesture even more special. It’s the kind of thing that takes a good occasion and makes it great. We’ll be back next year for another wonderful holiday in lido di Jesolo. I’ve stayed here five times over the past eight years, with the pandemic keeping me away for a while. The hotel is immaculate and right on the beach. The location is perfect, and the staff make it even better. We were so happy with the service from the owner Elanora and the bar and restaurant team, especially Ilario, allesandro, Francesco and Christina. The rooms are clean and work well whether you’re having a night in or heading out for the day. The sea-view balcons are amazing, and the drinks and food are very reasonably priced. The portions and measures are generous, so you won’t be left wanting.

The hotel has free bike hire, and it’s well worth riding along the 12 mile strip to see what’s there. The pool area was lovely and clean, and breakfast was lovely too. On arrival, you pick your sun loungers for the stay, so there’s no need to get up early and race down with towels to reserve them. It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I was so sad to leave and will definitely return.

The staff were really nice, and breakfast was great. The room was clean and had a great view, though it felt a bit small and dated. The beach is easy to get to. The “Free WiFi” required registration and access to social media, so I didn’t use it.

Chiara made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start. She was kind and respectful, spoke English beautifully, and went out of her way to get us a seat in the restaurant with a gorgeous sea view. The food was amazing too. The building is gorgeous, and stepping inside makes it even more breathtaking. The rooms and service are high quality. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever been lucky enough to stay in.
