Patrizia greeted us with a bottle of wine and was kind enough to suggest restaurants and places to visit. La Perla is right in the heart of Florence, only steps from Piazza della Signoria, and everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. It's a beautifully furnished and renovated apartment on the first floor of a 13th-century building. I highly recommend staying here.
