Lunch and dinner at the hotel turned out to be a great choice. The food was excellent, and the bar impressed us just as much. The team is quite young, but the service was very professional, and the classic cocktails were the best we've ever had. Everyone was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant ran smoothly, and we never felt that anyone was tired, annoyed or overwhelmed. It felt like the staff really wanted us to have a peaceful, pleasant holiday. Housekeeping deserves a mention too: they came to our room several times a day and noticed little details that made the stay special. Thanks to everyone who looked after us and helped make the holiday unforgettable.

Right on the beach, with a really nice pool at 28C and a very good breakfast. The hotel was spotless and the decor looked stylish. Staff were helpful and accommodating. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.

The food was good, though it came out rather quickly. What bothered me more was how much was extra: you pay for a spot by the pool, then for towels too, even though the hotel itself already costs a lot. Paying for a beach spot is understandable, but the system for getting one is so complicated that it doesn't work well. There are lots of rules and lists of things you're not allowed to do. The staff are very strict, which by itself isn't the issue, but they also come across as unfriendly, even if they don't mean to.

The lovely beach, very good food and gracious staff made this the best place we stayed on our trip. Most of the staff speak several languages, and it really brought home how few Americans are bilingual. That feels like a failure of our national agenda.

Despite being a large hotel, it feels quiet, and it's in a good spot that's calmer than further down. The pool and beach area are good too.
