The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The owners are wonderful, and the young man in the dining area is very kind. But one young woman with long black hair, probably some kind of manager, is extremely rude, ironic and sarcastic, and not friendly to guests. I’m very disappointed with how she treated me. Avoid her if you don’t want your vacation ruined.

The rooms are great and renovated. The younger woman at reception was kind of rude, maybe because we weren’t Italian. At breakfast, the coffee came after we’d already eaten. I definitely won’t return. I’ve stayed at worse hotels, but their staff were much friendlier. The older woman who’s always around was very nice, though.

The food was the best part, every meal was top class. I spent a week at hotel imperial in jessolo with my wife and our two boys, aged 3 and 5, and what a fantastic hotel. It feels intimate and personal, the service is super, and the rooms are in very good shape and well cared for. I stayed here a few times with my parents when I was little, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you imperial for a perfect holiday!

Good breakfast, welcoming people who speak German and English, and a really nice stay. For a 3 star hotel, it’s worth every penny. The rooms are small but clean and cozy. If you get a street-side room, it can be noisy late at night because of parties and people outside. Closing the window fixes it.
