The place was in bad condition, and there weren’t enough towels, soap, or garbage bags.

We had a lovely few days here, and the apartment was a great choice for me, my son, and our dog. It was clean and had every comfort we needed. The beach is only steps away, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything else nearby. The pool was a favorite. It stays open until 10 pm and has a bar, which made evenings relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. We’d happily recommend it to everyone! 🌟

The residence itself was lovely and well looked after, and the reception staff were very friendly. What put us off was the owner of the poolside bar. We have two German shepherds who are well trained and behaved, and usually come everywhere with us. The apartment owner said they could go onto the bar terrace. But when we arrived with our friends, the bar owner gave us a dirty look. I asked if the dogs could stay for lunch, and he firmly said no because they were too bulky. When I explained we’d been given permission, he replied, “He may own the apartment, but not the bar!” Other small dogs are allowed, though. Since our friends weren’t welcome, we didn’t feel welcome either. The owner was truly rude, and we won’t be back. Be wary of people who don’t allow pets. It’s absurd that people like this still exist in 2025!

The terrace view was a highlight, especially in the morning and evening, and we had a relaxing family stay in apartment A10. It was modern and practical, with firm but comfortable beds. We were on the 7th floor, so the busy street below didn’t bother us much, though the building is on a busy road. The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Beside it there’s a small snack bar with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Restaurants, ice cream parlors, and shops are close by. The building is directly on the beach, and each apartment has assigned sun loungers and parasols. For a spot right at the beachfront, you have to pay extra or lay down a towel. A few things to know: the elevator only goes to the 6th floor, so there are a few stairs to take to reach the apartment. It was clean when we arrived, but not beneath the beds. We found a pair of glasses left by the previous guest. A10 had modern, functional furnishings, but finishes can vary considerably since the larger building has apartments owned and furnished individually. If several electrical appliances are running at once, the power goes out. Apparently this is a new issue they’re working to resolve. The base rent is fair, but extra costs for parking, beach access, towels and bed linens, and tourist tax can quickly add up to around €200, so factor those in before booking. Despite the minor drawbacks, it’s a beautiful, well-located place with a fantastic view. We’d return and recommend it, especially to families.
