We paid over 1,000 euros, even at the lowest price. The blinds were broken, and there was a broken washing machine in the middle of the living room. The fuse kept blowing day and night, cutting out the refrigerator and air conditioning. When we asked the agency about it, they told us to switch off some appliances, but the power still went out even when only the fridge was running. They supposedly brought the wrong spare part for the washing machine. We were promised a terrace and two balconies, but got one small balcony overlooking a construction site. The agency said the house was one kilometer away, but it was actually seven. That was a huge problem for me without a car, traveling with two small children, my 80-year-old mother and our dog. There was no apology, no offer of even a small refund, and changing rooms wasn't possible. Never again. The one star is for the beach.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, and there isn't much room in the shower. The price for what you get is okay, but having to empty the air conditioner container once or twice a day gets in the way of relaxing.

The beds may be a problem if you have back trouble, and the bathroom is in rough shape, with mold and limescale. We also couldn't find a washing machine, and the place has very few basic items: no oven, microwave, kettle, broom, or mop. The lift is tiny, already full with two adults, and the door shuts as soon as a floor button is pressed, even if something is in the way. You have to force it open, so take care. Getting to the sea is more like 100-150 meters than 50, which is impossible for wheelchair users and can be tiring with small children. There is a larger sandy beach on the property with loungers and parasols, but it isn't right by the water. Prices there can reach €28 a day, depending on the row, section, and season. It's fine for a one-off spontaneous booking. The place is usually quiet, and there is plenty of parking. The access road can damage tires because of sharp metal edges. A passenger has to get out to open the gate on arrival, though a careful driver can open it from inside the car when leaving.

There aren't many shops close by, but there's a bakery, fishmonger, newsagent, bar, and pizzeria. It's a nice walk down to the beach. The apartment is spacious, and the area is quiet.

Everything you need is there, and the location is great. Okay.
