What a terrible experience. I spent a holiday here with my family, three adults. We went to the hotel to collect the keys, then found a disaster in the apartment: it was dirty, one bed was completely broken and unusable, there weren't enough kitchen utensils, the TV didn't work, and there were no shutters. We called the hotel straight away, but the fixes didn't solve everything. After we stood our ground, they did come and clean the apartment and replace the bed. The parking was badly managed too. It's a shame, because the location is nice, close to the sea and Via Bafile.

We had a great August 2022 holiday here. The room worked well for two people, and the large balcony was very pleasant. The beach is 100m away, and the room price includes two sunbeds and an umbrella. Some rooms also have a sea view. Parking beside the apartment is included behind a secured gate, though the spaces are tight. We had a Polo, which fit fine. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen has a gas stove and a microwave, but no oven, and the equipment is a bit sparse. Bring your own knives. The refrigerator is very large. Check-in takes place at Hotel Luxor around the corner. Groceries are expensive in this region, especially beer, so we brought a lot of our own food. You can save a little by shopping at Ali or Lidle. There were lots of mosquitoes, so bring octane spray. It costs 7 here in Jesolo.

The sandy beach is less than 100 meters away, and our apartment had enough space in the room and balcony. Still, there were a lot of frustrations. We weren't allowed to check in or park our vehicles until 4:00 p.m., and the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. There was dirt on the floor and greasy fingerprints on the kitchen wall, so we had to get a rag and cleaner right away. The couch was unusable, the flat-screen TV was smaller than my laptop at home, and both the fridge and freezer were far too small. I can't say whether the other apartments are the same. Massages are available for a fee in the main building, as with all apartments. The Residence California wouldn't let us use the main building's pool, saying there wasn't enough room for everyone. Parking was a disaster, with too little space to maneuver. The reception staff at Luxor & Cairo, 200 meters away, gave us very inadequate check-in information. At checkout, an older woman was rude and condescending. We've never been treated like that before; it felt as if we were second-class guests. Only the partial sea view earns this apartment two stars. Even so, we didn't let the accommodation ruin our holiday in beautiful Jesolo. Arrivederci per siempre Resistance California!!!

Great spot near the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and furnished in a practical way. I'd gladly stay again.
