The breakfast was delicious and offered much more than you usually get at other hotels. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the service was outstanding. It’s outside the main city center, so expect a short walk, but we didn’t mind.

The walk into the city center is uphill and takes 15-20 minutes, with a quite steep section at the start, so it may be tough for anyone with limited mobility. I was here for three nights on a work trip and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and unusual, my room was spacious with a desk and smart TV for Netflix and unwinding, and breakfast had a nice continental selection, cereal, and fresh barista coffee. The staff were brilliant, especially Serena, who was so welcoming and helpful whenever I dealt with her.

Hotel 99 Cannelle gave me a warm welcome, and I loved the hospitality throughout my stay. From my room I had a great view, and seeing the stunning 99 Cannelle scenery every day made the trip even more special. Your kindness and generosity made this exciting journey complete. The restaurant La Delfina was out of this world. The food was delicious, and our waiter was friendly, kind, and respectful. I also had a nice, clean room and good breakfast, with soy milk provided because I’m vegetarian. During my conference stay in L'Aquila, the staff made me feel at home. Armando treated me like family and even drove me to the conference venue. I’d gladly return to see L'Aquila as the city’s reconstruction continues, and because its people are the friendliest I’ve met on my travels. I definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.

We had a very good stay. The rooms were nice and clean and the service was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, so I can’t comment on it.
