The host was so kind and helpful. Since nobody else was staying, she offered us a free room upgrade, plus early check-in and late check-out, and told us to take our time. The breakfast spread included croissants, biscuits, mini Nutella croissants, milk, and all kinds of yogurt. The building and room were new, very clean, tidy, and set up with everything for comfort. We had a two-seat sofa and a very large shower with new tiling. A top-notch stay, thanks for everything. We'll definitely come back if we're in L'Aquila again.

The hosts were welcoming, the breakfast was generous and varied for a B&B, and the location works well for visiting the center. The property is recently renovated and otherwise fine, but it has some issues. The mattress felt as hard as a brick, and there was only one kind of pillow, which was too low. The room, hopefully just that one, smelled of cigarette smoke, apparently from inconsiderate guests. The air conditioning currently only blows cold. The new shower could be wider, and water leaked onto the floor. There are stairs and no elevator.

They were incredibly kind and helpful, even with our unusual arrival and departure times. We'd first booked a room for three, then added a double at the last minute. Everything was brand new, neat, and clean. The location is very close to the center, and breakfast was more than decent, especially the excellent cakes. For what we paid, it can't be beat. I'm extremely grateful.

We were there for three nights a few days ago. The room was simple but spotless and very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good, and the location close to the city center was excellent. The owners were kind and welcoming, and suggested places to eat and sights to see. We highly recommend it!
