Parking is right behind the gate in front of the house, and the location is great. The rooms are tastefully furnished, well air-conditioned, and very clean, with nice bathrooms. Breakfast is included and prepared individually for guests. Viviana is friendly, speaks English, and is always looking after guests with genuinely helpful recommendations. A very recommendable B&B for relaxing, with a lovely garden and big pool.

Viviana was generous with her help and answered all our questions. We also had fresh fruit, pastries, and more at a really nice breakfast. Our room was modern and very clean, and the garden and pool are beautifully maintained. The B&B is just outside Ancona city centre, in a quiet, peaceful spot. Communication beforehand was quick and clear, and public transport can get you there before 8 pm. I’d definitely recommend it.

The owners are extremely warm and friendly. Breakfast is a must, with homemade cakes and fresh fruit from the garden. The room has been fully renovated and has AC, and the pool is great. Best BB on the Riviera del Conero.

We had some wonderfully relaxing days in this little paradise. The pool was magnificent, breakfast fantastic, and Viviana was a very charming host. Thank you for everything, Viviana. Goodbye!

Easy to get to, with a perfect pool. It’s very close to the city center but still wonderfully calm.
