No one followed up after all the problems we reported. We tried to contact them three times, speaking with three different people, but nobody seemed to understand the situation or find a solution. The room was cold for all three days. We turned on the heat, but only cold air came out. The replies were either from a bot or from an agent in another country. They said local rules meant the heat couldn't be turned on during the “warmer months,” even though it was 5-10 degrees outside. The hallway, on the other hand, was quite hot, so clearly the heating was on there. The room was also filthy, and the toilets were covered in stains. We were asked to wait until morning for someone to clean them, but I'm not sure anyone did.

We arrived before the usual check-in time, and they had the apartment ready for us early. It was perfectly clean and equipped. The place is beautifully designed, comfortable, friendly, and wonderful to look at. The photos and description don't capture how good it really is. You can tell it's run with heart and soul, and the staff communication was 10/10.

This feels like an Airbnb rather than a hotel, and even for an Airbnb the condition isn't acceptable. The rooms aren't clean, and the shower and toilets smell horrible. The wooden parts of the shower are rotten and peeling off.

Security is very good, and there's parking nearby for €15 a day. Downtown is about a 20-minute walk. I left after just a day and a half because the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, but they refused my request for a partial refund. I had expected an apartment with two bedrooms that matched the photos, since it was advertised as being on two floors. That was disappointing.
