The host took such good care of us, and the place has a special, almost magical feel. I’ve stayed in lots of places, but this one really stands out. I’d definitely come back, and would recommend staying at least a couple of days.
We booked two nights and only found out on arrival that a plumbing issue had been going on for several weeks. We were moved to an apartment farther away that had very little charm. It would have been good to know in advance, especially as we had to pay a €100 deposit. The packaged breakfast wasn’t interesting.
All four of us loved our week at the little house. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and it was easy to walk to the city center for dinner. The beautiful beaches were all less than 15 minutes away. We also really enjoyed the warm welcome, the breakfasts decorated so beautifully each day, and little dog Snow. It was a dream week for Sophie, Oscar, Émile & Gustave.
A lovely place with a pretty, flower-filled garden and well-kept trees and shrubs. The decor is beautiful, the welcome is warm, and breakfast is very classy. It’s also well placed for getting to Isola Caprera and its wonderful beaches.
The garden is lovely, the rooms have a nice ethnic style, and the hosts are charming and welcoming. But breakfast was basically nonexistent for us: just vacuum-sealed packaged food that we found inedible. The host was traumatized by Covid and no longer serves anything fresh, throwing everything away. It’s a beautiful place with a change-of-scenery feel, but they should drop breakfast if this is what they’re serving.
