The spa was almost empty when we visited, which made for a peaceful, enjoyable break and was a welcome change from busier wellness facilities nearby. The setting has a lot of potential. But at €75 per person, we expected more from a 5-star hotel. Some facilities felt dated and poorly maintained, with peeling paint and visible damage to the walls that clearly needs repair. The jacuzzi was especially disappointing and well below what we'd expect at this price and hotel category. We came to Relais Mont Blanc's spa during our stay in the Aosta Valley and left with mixed feelings. Renovation and better upkeep could make it a wonderful experience, but right now the value doesn't match a luxury wellness offering.

The food was delicious, and the room was really comfortable with a distinctive touch. Staff were kind and extremely helpful throughout our amazing three-day stay at this unique hotel. Can't wait to come back.

We thought the hotel view was amazing, the room was nice, and the staff were friendly. The shower, though, was cramped and too small for a 5 star spa hotel. Charging €35 per person for the pool felt ridiculous, especially after spending €250 on massages. And the tiramisu was very, very bad, definitely not worth it.

We loved the spa, even though the pool wasn't very warm. The two fireplaces were lit most of the time, which was a really nice touch. The bed was quite hard, my one small complaint. The managers especially were friendly and accommodating, and made us feel cared for and special. The food was delicious, and it's a great spot for kids too, with a big playground across the street. I'd definitely come back!

The balcony Jacuzzi room was amazing, but we kept getting secondhand smoke on the balcony and in the room whenever the door was open. There was no AC, so of course the door was left open. People smoked everywhere outside, around the pool in the middle of the property and on the restaurant balcony right below our room. It made the place feel like 70s USA. Heaven for smokers, I guess.
