8/10
Our room was bright and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, daily cleaning, and the usual comforts of a hotel room. The hosts were wonderfully friendly, attentive, and always available. Breakfast was decent, though it could be better. It took about 15 minutes to reach central La Spezia or the seafront, and the B&B sits roughly between the routes out toward Lerici, Portovenere, and the Cinque Terre. Four stars feels deserved.

The welcome was friendly and the room comfortable. It was good value, with the port and city center nearby.

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean with modern furnishings. A great deal for the price.
