Service and location were excellent, and my experience was very good overall. On departure day they don’t offer luggage storage. There’s another locker and accommodation service upstairs with excellent service, though it costs an extra 30 euros for two people.

The owners were cheerful and helpful throughout, with detailed suggestions for Cinque Terre and nearby restaurants. Although this is more of a homestay than a hotel and has no staff on site, they came to check us in when we arrived well before the scheduled time, which was a huge help. I’ve recommended it to family and friends. We picked it because it was affordable and conveniently placed for our Cinque Terre World Heritage Site trip. The station is very close, and shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are all within a 10-minute walk. Our room was spacious, and the high ceilings made it seem bigger than in the photos. The double bed and added single were both comfortable, nights were quiet, and the shower pressure was fine. A truly wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it.

Vilma was so kind when we checked in and pointed us toward places to visit. Cinque Terre is quite crowded, so those suggestions led us to off-the-beaten-path spots we’ll remember fondly. The stay was a wonderful surprise and went beyond what we expected.
